**Concept Resourcing are pleased to be working alongside a market leader who require a Warehouse Shift Manager to take lead of the night shifts.**

**This position will be to oversee the warehouse team leaders and operatives to ensure targets and workloads are met each shift whilst upholding health and safety procedures and training of staff.**
- Conducting team meetings to outline work schedules and targets
- Liaising with all other shift managers and team leaders to ensure smooth handovers and updates
- Providing support and guidance to warehouse staff whilst proactively sorting issues
- Producing regular reports to outline shift productivity, achievements, improvements and risks for senior management
- Working proactively with contractors and agency staff to ensure enough staff on shift
- Ensuring health and safety protocols are followed by all staff members in line with legalisation's
- Actively motivating and engaging large teams of employees
- General warehousing duties including picking, packing and loading when required
- Stock management processes
- Experience of working within a warehouse/supply chain environment
- Excellent communicator both verbal and written English
- Ability to motivate teams and drive to succeed
- Highly organised to ensure schedules, deliveries and targets are met/exceeded by managed teams
- Ability to manage stocks and provide excellent customer service to accounts/clients
- ILM qualifications would be advantageous but not essential
- Lean management processes would be advantageous
- Approachable, professional persona - able to manage employee queries/issues on a 1-1 basis
- IT literate - MS Office, Excel and in house systems to track workload completion and tasks

**This is a permanent full time position based in/around the Denton area so you MUST be able to commute reliably. This role is working the night shift specifically so must either have experience of this OR be happy to commit to 10pm-6am.**

**Salary - £38,000 - £40,000 + benefits
