**Recruitment Administrator - Edinburgh**
Parity was formed in 1971, with offices in Edinburgh and London and extensive knowledge and experience we are well-placed to manage the key challenges relating to today's businesses and the people within them.
Due to our exciting plans for growth, we have an opportunity for an administrator to join our established team in Edinburgh.
You will be joining an amazing, happy team who will welcome and support you throughout your Parity journey and once you are settled there is a clear progression path laid out for the type of work you enjoy.
We have really cool offices in Edinburgh and another in London, you can even bring your dog with you. Work is flexible with a blended approach between the office and home working, having said that once you see the offices you may not want to go home.
You will receive a great package including a basic which is generally higher than market rates, incentives and prizes and an employee benefits choice scheme.

**You will work as part of the recruitment team completing tasks such as**
- Processing screening documents and referencing
- Sending out contracts/extension documents
- Handling contractor queries relating to timesheet or payment
- Producing reports where required
- General administration duties
**I would love to hear from you if you have administration experience in either Recruitment, Payroll or HR and have skills including**:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to organise workload and manage rapidly changing demands and priorities
- Ability to be proactive, work under pressure and respond quickly and decisively to changing circumstances and to tight deadlines
