**QUALITATIVE RESEARCH EXECUTIVE**

**THE COMPANY**

A fintech company where customer research is integral to everything that we do. Each time we develop a new proposition, we do extensive qualitative and quantitative research to understand the customer needs, understanding and awareness, and the desirabilityof product features. They run co-creation exercises whereby we engage customers on product, brand, and journey concepts.

**THE ROLE**

The successful Research Executive will be required to be apart of the following:

- Coordinate and work on multiple end-to-end qualitative research projects across multiple product lines. This will include helping define research objectives, drafting the recruitment screener, creating discussion guides or online research guides, creatingof materials and exercises to support research objectives, facilitating research, completing analysis, and sharing insights.
- Work closely together with UX in helping shape prototypes for user research, such as branding, concept testing, and end-to-end journey flows.
- Coordinate and work on quantitative research projects across multiple project lines. This will include helping define research objectives, creating and scripting surveys, analysing data, and sharing insights.
- Consistently using data to allow the business to make informed decisions, draw out valuable insights and present this in a way that brings to life what customers are saying and what we should do next.

**YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**

They are looking for the successful Research Exec to have most, but not all of the following:

- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a research role (client-side or agency)
- A customer-centric outlook and passion for the user experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in qualitative research, including traditional and co-creation formats
- Ability to facilitate and conduct a user research session
- Agile working style, with the ability to become familiar with new topics quickly
- Experience in quantitative research, including traditional and digital-based testing
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work, with a willingness to collaborate with teams across different areas of the business
- Creative thinker
- Some experience in research in Financial Services would be useful, but not essential
- Experience working with UX research (useful, but not essential)
