**Job Opportunity: Level 3 Early Years Educator - Baby Room (0-2.5 Years)**
Location: Childerwood Nursery, Drayton, NR8 6EP
Full-Time / Part-Time | Competitive Salary

Are you a passionate and nurturing early years professional with a love for young learners? We’re looking for a dedicated **Level 3 Early Years Educator** to join our warm and welcoming baby room, supporting children from birth to 2.5 years.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and caring environment for babies and toddlers
- Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities to support developmental milestones
- Building strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and team members
- Observing and recording children’s progress using the EYFS framework
- Ensuring safeguarding and health & safety standards are met at all times
- Supporting routines including feeding, sleeping, and personal care

What We’re Looking For
- A **Level 3 Early Years Qualification** (e.g. CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)
- Proven experience in caring for children
- Excellent knowledge of child development and the EYFS
- Warmth, empathy, and a genuine love for working with babies
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development

Pay: £15,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
