Gloucestershire Sexual Health Services encompasses Integrated Sexual Health (Contraception & GUM), HIV and the Pregnancy Advisory (PAS). An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Health Care Assistant to join our large team providing these services. The successful applicant will be expected to work within all areas of our service and across various localities throughout the county. We currently operate from 08:00 - 20:00 Hours, Monday - Friday; although occasional weekend maybe required if necessary.

The post will involve assisting and chaperoning doctors and nurses to prepare and help facilitate patient care in accordance with local and national sexual healthcare guidelines and participation in a variety of clinic and administrative responsibilities. Good IT skills are essential as we operate electronic patient record systems across the service.You will be involved with processing patient results.
