'We are seeking a friendly and attentive Host or Host to join our team at our Japanese restaurant in the United States. Located in a vibrant city, this role is vital in creating a welcoming environment for our guests and ensuring they have an exceptional dining experience. Your warmth and professionalism will help us uphold our mission of providing high-quality Japanese cuisine in a relaxing setting.'

**Responsibilities**

**Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.**
- Manage reservations and waitlist efficiently.
- Provide menus and answer initial questions about the restaurant.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand.
- Assist guests with special requests or needs.
- Uphold excellent customer service standards at all times.
- Support team members to deliver an outstanding dining experience.'
- Engage with influence on social media and execute client relationship management.
- Excellent brand management representation.

**Qualifications**
- **Previous experience as a host or host preferred.**:

- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of reservation systems is a must.
- Passion for hospitality and customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.'
- Fluent in English, multilingual preferred.
