The Bridle Group are one of the UK’s largest vehicle finance brokers; we source all types of vehicles. Bentley Walker Minibuses are part of the Bridle Group and we are recruiting a Sales Consultant for our Minibus Leasing team that specialises in providing competitively priced Minibus leasing for schools, colleges and business clients.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join our growing team in our Coventry office, a full-time permanent role based in Meriden. As a Sales Consultant, you will deal with prospects, answer their queries, and discuss the right products to meet their needs.

The starting salary for this role is £30,000 per annum with a generous commission package.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Work with customers to determine their needs, explain product value, and then discuss the right product to ensure we meet their demands
- Use company literature and available training resources to stay up to date on product features
- Demonstrate superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines
- Create positive and lasting relationships with vendors and suppliers and build relationships with clients based on trust and respect
- Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Have a clear understanding of FCA Guidelines.

**Key requirements**:

- A strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must have a sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from both our existing client bank and the generation of new leads
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Experience of working within the Vehicle Leasing Industry/Motor industry is essential.
