Job Introduction
An opportunity is available for an Operator (Stores) based in our Birmingham depot.

As an Operator, duties may include carrying out routine inspection, maintenance and repairs of tools and PPE, including PAT testing, assisting with the maintenance of stores and with the inspection of network assets as required, updating of asset databases. All necessary training will be provided

**Evidence of your qualifications will be required prior to appointment.**

Main Responsibilities
The working environment requires quick, decisive and responsible thinking and actions to meet the demands of the role. You will need to be flexible in your approach to assist the team in meeting it's objectives.

You will need to be mobile throughout the area, therefore a full driving licence is required and **may** be required to undertake out of hours standby duties as and when necessary, to meet business needs.

Operationally we ideally need you to live within approximately 30 minutes of the depot.

**Interviews will take place on the 10th October.**
