**Introduction**

The Enforcement Support Apprentice will assist in key administrative duties to help with the smooth running of the Enforcement Support Department.

The role is based in CDER Group’s office, located in Darlington working Monday to Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm.

**Responsibilities**
- Completing Enforcement Agent / System generated Tasks and Alerts ensuring these are resolved within SLA
- Making and receiving calls to Enforcement Agents and answering their questions and queries
- Maintain and update a Health and Safety log of incidents relating to Enforcement Agents and provide this data to the HR department on a weekly basis
- Resolve financial queries on behalf of the Accounts Department such as late banking, chargebacks and none updated Enforcement Agent payments
- Undertake actions and activities in relation to operational needs such as address cleansing, reviewing blocked cases, reviewing spotted vehicles, linking new accounts, generating reports and letters etc
- Upload of Bail / No Bail Warrants and Commercial rent cases to our unique platform - Edge
