A brand new opening for a NHS Band 6 Audiologist has become available in the Norwich area due to company expansion. This is a brilliant opportunity to be a part of a growing team. If you are a RCCP registered Hearing Aid Dispenser looking for a role in a private practice this could be for you.

The role will involve you working with a small team, managing hearing clinics and providing excellent care to develop the customer base, working towards targets and offering any support to fellow colleagues while also still being heavily involved in the hearcare.

Responsibilities of the Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser

You will be working in a practice in the Norwich area and will have regular hearing clinics where you will be always putting the patient first. You will be responsible for 5-6 tests per day, with an average test time of 60 minutes. You will be responsible for testing, fitting and volume adjustments.
You will also have access to industry leading training programmes, continual CPD and the very latest technology and products. The company has great staff retention mainly due to their ethos, the way they treat their people and the opportunities that they provide.

Requirements of the Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser

Must be a qualified Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser and RCCP registered.
A friendly and personable demeanour and strong personal work ethic.
A customer focused approach to your work and the ability to build a strong rapport with customers and colleagues alike.

Compensation for the Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser

For your efforts a competitive salary of up to £38,000 is on offer along with additional benefits. You will be working a 37.5 hour week usually Mon-Fri however some weekend word may be required.
There is also a car allowance available, or if you’d prefer a company car will be provided.
You will also join a professional team in a fun and relaxed environment. Holiday entitlement is 28 days per year, with incentives to gain an extra week of annual leave. This role is 37.5 hours per week.
