**Driver Hire Bournemouth** is looking for a flexible, professional and experienced part-time Office Administrator to join their thriving business in Moordown on a permanent basis with flexible hours.

**About the Office Administrator**:
The successful Office Administrator is a friendly, confident individual who is highly organised. Details are critical in this business so attention to detail is imperative. You’ll be a responsible self-starter, and you’ll be given the opportunity to make a difference to improve processes across the business.

**Pay rate**: £11.50/hour PAYE + holiday pay

**Start date**:ASAP

**Hours**:up to 32 hours per week (flexible)

**Days**:Monday-Friday (flexible days and hours)

**Location**:Moordown, Bournemouth (BH9 2BJ), 100% office based

**Holidays**:21 days/year pro-rata + bank holidays

**Responsibilities of the Office Administrator will include**:

- Payroll
- Credit control
- Processing and sending invoices
- Updating our social media accounts
- Accurately updating our database
- Answering telephone calls
- Checking documents

**The successful Office Administrator will**:

- Have a strong background in customer service
- Appear well-presented and professional
- Possess good organisation and administrative skills
- Have an excellent telephone manner
