The Sports Trust is a registered charity which was set up in 2013. The charity works in schools, sports clubs and in the local community to provide the best opportunities for people of all ages and abilities to be physically active.

We are proud to operate three impressive and inspirational sporting facilities: Folkestone 51, Three Hills Sports Park and Folkestone Sea Sports, with the aim of creating safe and inclusive environments for people to love sport and exercise, whatever their motivation may be.

**Mission**

This role exists to deliver exceptional food and beverage service, enhancing the overall customer experience at the Three Hills Sports Park by ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness, and contributing to the success of events and activities.

- Well-maintained stock levels ensure that all necessary items are available, reducing downtime and service interruptions.

- Operations adhere to all relevant health, safety, and legal standards, ensuring a safe environment for both customers and staff.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Service**
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival.
- Take and serve orders promptly and accurately.
- Address customer queries and resolve complaints efficiently.
- To provide support and cover for colleagues at other TST venues as required.
- To undertake any other reasonable duties commensurate with the aims of Three Hills Sports Park and the level of this role, as agreed with the Centre Manager.
- **Bar Service**
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Ensure the bar is stocked with the necessary beverages and supplies.
- Check IDs to verify legal age.
- To ensure accurate handling of payment transactions.
- **Catering Service**
- Prepare and plate food items as per menu standards.
- Serve food and beverages to customers at counters or tables.
- Assist with basic food preparation.
- **Event Support**
- Set up tables, chairs, and equipment for events.
- Provide catering services during events, ensuring timely and courteous service.
- Clean up and break down after events, storing equipment properly.
- **Cleanliness and Maintenance**
- Regularly clean bar, kitchen, and dining areas.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and equipment.
- Dispose of waste and recycle appropriately.
- To comply with all Three Hills Sports Park policies, including health, safety, security, operational and equal opportunities.
- **Inventory Management**
- Monitor stock levels and notify the manager of low supplies.
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries.
- Conduct routine stock checks and maintain inventory records.

**Working Hours/Pattern/Contract/Salary**:

- Monday to Saturday during the hours of 08:30am-22:00pm.
- Sunday between 08:30am-21:00pm.
- Three Hills Sports Park hosts a number of events which will require work patterns extended to earlier and later shifts outside standard hours.
- Zero Hour Contract.
- Salary - National Minimum Wage based on age.
- Immediate Start.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £8.60-£11.44 per hour
