What you’ll be doing

As a Barista in your beautiful cafe, you are, or want to be, an expert of everything coffee, working as part of a great team of Baristas to deliver fantastic hot and cold drinks for your customers, all led by a great Head Barista and your leadership team. Balance between the perfect silky flat white and a punchy green one smoothie you are a multi tasker that works with both creativity and energy for your team and customers. You know the importance of training, for both you and your fellow team, and are always looking and exploring new training and development. You support your café team but also you fellow leadership team through great communication and feedback through asking great questions, and always have the team, customers and planet at the centre of every shift.

Pay: £11.60 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
