Freightserve recruitment are looking for an Quality and Compliance Specialist for a busy growing well-established Freight company. The company is based in the Colnbrook area.

Job Description:

- Responsible for contributing to the maintenance of current QEHS and trade/supply chain compliance certifications., programs and supporting the delivery of the new ones as the company grows, including but not limited to our IMS (IOS 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001),C-TPAT, AEO, CSR. You will take action to achieve objectives and ensure effectiveness of certifications and programs. You will be the point of contact for this location with internal and external stakeholders, using knowledge from audits, feedback and analysisto identify improvements and act on them.

**Duties**:

- Ensure site readiness and conformance to ISO and compliance requirements.
- Identify and interpret QEHS and compliance regulations into requirements.
- Track and review nonconformities, ensure adequate corrective actions and verify effectiveness with stakeholders.
- Monitor and ensure complaints are resolved effectively.
- Prepare and conduct service reviews and management reviews.
- Prepare and conduct internal/external audits with stakeholders
- Prepare and conduct compliance assessments with stakeholders
- Prepare and conduct evaluations of compliance, risk & opportunities.
- Evaluate changes and ensure documents control
- Prepare, analyse and present reports

Person requirements:

- 1 + year of air courier or logistics experience
- 1+ year of ISO 9001 working knowledge
- Lead / Internal Auditor experience ISO 19011 required
- 1+ year of AEO or trade/supply chain compliance working knowledge
- ISO 14001, 45001 working knowledge preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Strong knowledge with Excel, Word and Powerpoint
