We are seeking an experienced Property Administrator to join our successful team. Have you got a passion for people & property? Then this could be the position for you As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our award winning property management & letting team's. This is a diverse and varied administration position and is a full-time position based in Margate.

Oakwood Homes is an independent, award winning estate agency that has a genuine interest in people & property.

The skills required for this position include
- Excellent customer service skills
- An ability to embrace change
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of property management procedures and regulations is desirable
