**The School**:
A charming primary school in Milton Keynes is looking to hire a person for a primary classroom support role within their school. The lovely little school is based in the Milton Keynes area. The position is to support students and teachers within the classroomenvironment.

**Your new role**:
It is important that the primary classroom support is interested in working with children and supporting their learning. The primary classroom support will be expected to work in teams but also show initiative when working alone. You will be expected tobe flexible within the role to support the children's well-being and needs.
- Support class learning and behaviours
- Restorative justice support in children
- Monitoring and supporting emotional regulation
- Possibly working with small groups or 1-1

**What you will need to succeed**:
This primary classroom support position will require you to have an interest and passion about working with children. Enthusiasm is a desirable factor within the role to give a more exciting environment for the students. The person in the primary classroomsupport role will be expected to use their initiative and get involved in activities and learning.
