**Customer Delivery Agent - **Exeter**
**What will my day look like?**

As a Customer Delivery Agent, you will be a vital part of a busy branch. Your daily contact with customers, colleagues and managers puts you right at the centre of making sure our vehicles are where we need them to be, when we need them to be there.

The key to a successful branch is an office team who have a great understanding of our business, working together to plan solutions that find the perfect balance between an ever-changing workload and ensuring the great experience our customers expect.

Being physically fit, you will be delivering and collecting hire vehicles to keep customers mobile whilst their own vehicle is repaired. You will have an eye for detail, checking vehicles for damage before and after handover and be **happy to clean and valet them before you leave a vehicle with a new customer.**
**A successful Customer Delivery Agent**:

- Has confidence in their own ability to provide a first-class customer experience for those they meet;
- Enjoys being part of a close-knit team and is keen to help colleagues with a calm, logical, can-do approach to work;
- Has worked in an environment where excellent customer service is key;
- Ideally has some previous driving experience in their career;
- Holds a full UK or EU driving licence and has a great knowledge of the local road network.
