Sales Order Processor

Samantha at Swift Commercial Recruitment Division is proud to be representing a wonderful client, based in Morley, Leeds who are seeking a Full Time Sales Order Processor, on a permanent basis. The successful postholder will play a pivotal role within the Administrative and Accounting team.
**Duties would include, but it not limited to: -**
- Providing client invoices, liaising with vendors, order tracking and updating records as and when required.
- Maintaining all invoice and contract records.
- Engaging with internal and external clientele.
- Liaising with the Account Manager for any finance/accounting queries.
**About You: -**
- As an experienced customer service representative, along with a polite and professional demeaner, you will have the ability to build meaningful relationships and continuously look to increase customer satisfaction.
- Highly organised and presentable
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Interpersonal competencies
- Meticulous detail orientated
- Data input and management
- Self-motivated with an ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

**Alongside a competitive salary of £22,00 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, they also offer an excellent benefits package including**:

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 08:45am - 17:15pm with one hour for lunch.
