**Job Title - Support Work Team Leader**

- Luton**

**Pay - £11.15 an hour**

**Hours - 40 hours + MUST be able to do 1-3 sleep ins a week**
- A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work as a Support Team Leader_ _for Tezlom. We are on the hunt for dedicated and passionate support workers to work in supported living facilities in Luton._
- There is a full existing team in place, however we are looking for someone with senior experience to help manage the facility._
- Your job will consist of personal care tasks, developing good communication links between yourself and service users, to prepare and cook meals if outlined in their support plan and to senior manage the team._
- Shifts can vary, you must have full flexibility and be able to commit to 40 hours per week including 1/3 sleep ins per week._

**Essential**
- **Must have at least 3 months of experience in Care/Support.**:

- **Must be flexible to do 1-3 sleep in shifts a week**:

- **Must have right to work in the UK.**
