**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Conduct monthly visits to residential care homes in accordance with Regulation 44 guidelines.
- Engage with children and young people to gather their views, experiences, and concerns regarding their care.
- Provide constructive feedback to management on the quality of care and areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports following each visit, highlighting findings and recommendations.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, ensuring they feel heard and valued.
- Collaborate with care staff to promote best practices in child welfare and safeguarding.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in providing the above is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse interactions effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A genuine passion for working with children and young people in care settings.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player when necessary.
- Understanding of child protection policies and safeguarding practices is an advantage.

Pay: £30.00-£32.00 per hour
