Supplier Performance Specialist

**What You’ll be doing**:
The Supplier Performance Specialist plays a critical role in evaluating, monitoring, and enhancing supplier performance across the KBS supply chain. Operating within the Commercial and Supply Chain Directorate, and reporting to the Framework and Supplier Performance Manager, this position ensures that suppliers consistently meet contractual obligations, quality benchmarks, and performance expectations.

The role supports key activities including supplier onboarding, compliance management, continuous improvement initiatives, and performance remediation. It demands strong analytical capabilities to interpret supplier performance data, identify trends, and drive optimisation. Additionally, the Specialist will manage onboarding and compliance processes through the KBS supplier portal and provide support for framework management activities as directed.

**You’ll Have**:
As Supplier Performance Specialist, you’ll have a strong background in managing supplier performance and leading effective remediation meetings. You’ll bring a solid understanding of supply chain risk and compliance, along with a proven ability to build and manage supplier relationships that drive measurable improvements.

Analytical skills are essential, enabling you to interpret performance data and identify trends that inform strategic decisions. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities are also key, as is familiarity with supplier management systems and tools. Professional certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, or equivalent are highly desirable, reflecting your commitment to best practice and continuous development in the field
