**About the Role**

As The Head of Progression, you will be responsible for assisting the Director of Client Care and working closely with your team to enhance the property sales process for our clients. You will be responsible for your own pipeline as well as ensuring thatyour Team are equipped to solve potential problems and meeting strict deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work under the advice and management of the Director of Client Care
- Maximise exchanges and minimise fall-throughs
- Providing an exceptional level of service to all clients from start to finish
- Ensuring that your departments files, spreadsheets and CRM system are up to date and able to provide accurate reports
- Weekly reporting of predicted completions to the Director of Client Care
- Working towards your own KPIs as well as setting and monitoring the Completion Teams targets
- Providing managerial support and opportunities for learning and progression to your Team
- Being the point of escalation for any client complaints
- Managing the Rescind Pipeline

**Required Skills**:

- You must be able to work under pressure and to strict timescales
- You must have an in-depth understanding of the conveyancing process especially with Off-Plan and New Build properties. Experience in a conveyancing department or a legal education would be beneficial
- You must have a good understanding of mortgages and bridging finance
- You must be articulate and well organised and able to work on your own initiative
- Strong conflict-resolution skills
- Good communication skills and the ability to maintain positive third party relationships relative to your department
- Good time management skills
- Computer Literate, confident user of PC, MS Office and quick to learn new systems
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
