**Head Of Lead Generation - Paid Search**
**Salary £40K- £45K Basic + Bonus**

We are looking to strengthen our digital marketing team with an experienced Head Of Lead Generation. We are seeking someone to oversee and manage the paid lead generation products and services we offer. **As the Head Of Lead Generation your role will include**:

- End to end service delivery of paid lead generation products
- Appropriate implementation of technology to generate the best results for clients
- Generating the most efficient and effective CPAs for our clients
- Growing revenue streams and controlling costs for the paid search lead generation department
- Focusing on lifetime value for SMEs using PPC
- Demonstrating innovation and being a thought leader in Lead Generation PPC
- Managing the team and recruiting staff

**Typical tasks**
- Day to day management of the team
- Ensuring world class product delivery through effective communication and technical set up for client accounts
- Improving processes and products for efficiency and growth
- Managing and improving reporting systems for the client portfolio
- Training and developing staff to improve their skills
- Developing internal processes to improve client experience
- Identifying opportunities to improve client lifetime value and grow the department

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum 3 years PPC experience
- High level understanding of Google and Microsoft ads
- Experience in google analytics and tracking
- Ability to work effectively with technology partners and platforms -Google, Microsoft, Call tracking
- Experience in either client side or agency environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- People management skills

**Desirable Skills**
- Knowledge of other digital marketing channels such as SEO and Social media
- CRO

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £60,000.00 per year
