The Moorhouse **data & analytics **team helps our clients to deliver value from data as a strategic advisor and delivery partner. We provide a range of services to help clients build data-driven organisations, produce insight from data, develop advanced data products and build effective data platforms & infrastructure.
**What do we do?**:
- Our data & analytics team helps our clients turn data into value across 4 proposition areas.
- **Data-driven organisations**:Developing & executing on data strategies that transform our clients’ organisational capability to create value from data.
- **BI, insight & modelling**: Helping clients to measure, analyse, forecast, monitor and communicate key information.
- **Data technology & infrastructure**: Designing, building & governing the technological enablers of our clients’ data & analytics strategy.
**What **are some of the typical client challenges we work on?**:
- **Data strategy**: What is the as-is state of my organisation with regards to data & analytics? What should we aim for in our future to-be state and how do we get there?
- **Data governance**: How can I govern my data effectively yet efficiently? What initiatives do I need to put in place to embed that new model?
- **Data platforms**:What infrastructure do I need to have in place to achieve my data ambitions? Which technologies should I use? How much will this cost to develop and does it justify the investment?
- **Modelling & forecasting**: What is the likely quantitative impact of key strategic decisions I need to make? Which course of action should I pursue?

As a **Senior Consultant** you will have:
- 4 - 6 years’ consulting experience, whether this is from a big consulting firm, boutique consultancy or experience gained in delivering transformational change in industry.
- Experience in one or more of our data & analytics proposition areas (see above).
- Strong MS Office Skills in all packages, in particular MS Excel.
- Experience with one or more data technologies for wrangling, visualisation and analytics such as Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, R, Python or other similar tools.
- A strong track record of scoping and delivering consulting solutions and services
- An ability to shape and implement complex data & analytics programmes.
- A passion for building and nurturing strong relationships, both with clients and colleagues.
- Experience of effectively managing and collaborating with senior client stakeholders.
**What we can offer you at Moorhouse**:
- A total cash package of £80,000 compromising of a base salary of £61,500 and a combination of personal and company bonuses that are paid every six months.
