Senior Commercial Underwriter

As a Senior Commercial Underwriter, you'll be looking to progress your career with one of the biggest names in the Insurance market - an A-rated business with a strong trading platform and appetite for growth.
This is a key role in the Manchester team, owning the relationships with brokers from an underwriting perspective, working at account/portfolio level on their books, as well as acting as mentor, referral point and sign-off for colleagues.
You'll have scope to raise your own profile as well as the freedom to make a real impact.
As Senior Commercial Underwriter, you will:
- Join one of the most respected names in the insurance world, a serious career move.
- Be empowered in underwriting and commercial terms - plenty of appetite and a will to 'find a way'.
- Manage key broker accounts at portfolio/account level - £multi-million deals and complex schemes.
- Hold a senior role in the team, and enjoy the extra responsibilities that brings.
- Appreciate this isn't a 'head down' role ploughing through renewals or referrals - you'll be part of a team focused on growth and delivery for brokers.
- Be well rewarded with a base salary of up to c£50,000, as well as strong package and bonus.
