**Salary to £38k | Pension | 23 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays**:

- **Key Essentials**:_
- As Bid Coordinator you will be required to help improve the quality and win rates of bids and proposals
- Providing good quality content, structure and process of bids and proposals. This will then need to be tracked and reported to ensure continuous improvement
- Coordinate, writing and managing content for all submissions
- Coordinate resources to ensure all bids are of consistent quality
- Tracking progress of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires / Bids and creating reports on all activity and success
- Maintaining internal relationships and gaining an understanding of where to obtain relevant information with key technical, commercial and operational staff
- Uploading and managing proposal content for bid files
- Preparing tender interview presentations
- **Requirements**:_
- It is ESSENTIAL that you have previous experience in a similar role for a main contractor in the Civil Engineering / utilities Industry
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to plan and organise accordingly
- Due to the nature of this role you should have excellent time management skills with the ability to work well independently under pressure
- You should hold excellent Microsoft Office skills
