We, the Purple Flame, are recruiting an enthusiastic Operations Manager in Nuneaton for a group of three very established companies, each leaders in their field. The companies provide aromatherapy products, reading glasses, and hair accessories to a widerange of public sector and commercial customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for managing and tracking all day-to-day operations across the company
- Creating Sales leads
- Assist in new product launches and development
- Overseeing Digital marketing
- Responsible for meeting the group’s key design, sampling production, and delivery deadlines whilst working with the relevant departmental managers
- Design, collate and present operational daily, weekly, and monthly KPI Reports from across the business operations to the executive leadership team
- Lead the assessment and improvements of existing processes and select systems solutions to drive cross business efficiencies between remote operational and central group functions
- Monitor daily weekly and monthly operational performance, and devise and implement operational change to deliver desired business outcomes
- Work closely as a member of the Executive leadership team to contribute to group strategy and business planning, and the monitoring and execution of performance against plan
- Work with the Managing Director and the Group HR function to ensure the senior departmental leaders are supported
- Support the Managing Director in the review of the sales channel performance with a close attention to the key performance targets of sales, margin, and stock sell through

**Desirable Experience**:

- Experience in a senior operations manager role
- Demonstrable experience in developing, implementing and monitoring key operational performance metrics across a vertically integrated business

**Required Skills**:

- An excellent knowledge of Microsoft office and 365 servers is essential
