IVA Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicating effectively with debtors, creditors, and third parties to address concerns and resolve issues.
- Managing and processing modifications promptly to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Reviewing income and expenditure reports, discussing findings with debtors, and providing recommendations on how best to progress the case.
- Facilitating three-way calls with relevant third parties to resolve queries or concerns.
- Calculating additional income where applicable and ensuring accurate requests are issued.
- Monitoring debtor accounts daily, following up on declined payments, and addressing overdue accounts.
- Processing payments and resolving billing discrepancies to maintain account accuracy.
- Arranging payment plans for debtors in arrears to bring accounts up to date.
- Issuing Notices of Breach where necessary and in line with guidelines.
- Preparing and distributing variation documents and facilitating variation meetings.
- Drafting and issuing completion and termination reports in accordance with policy.
- Monitoring and managing multiple inboxes to ensure all tasks are addressed promptly.
- Performing ad hoc tasks as needed to support the team and business operations.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role is essential.
- Strong understanding of personal insolvency procedures and regulations is a must.
- Proficiency in MS Office and database management systems.
- Familiarity with financial solutions and related processes.
- A positive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach to work.

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
