Key Responsibilities As a Care Assistant at Home Instead: You will provide essential support to our clients within the comfort of their own homes. Your primary responsibilities as a care assistant include:

- Providing care and emotional support
- Promoting independence
- Assisting with personal care
- Supporting medication administration
- Meal preparation
- Home support tasks
- Offering dementia & Alzheimer’s support

**Qualifications**
Prior care experience is advantageous for our clients but not mandatory. Individuals with backgrounds in nursing homes, hospitals, community support, or care homes are well-suited for these roles. **A valid driver's license and access to a suitable car with business insurance are essential.** Any qualifications in Health and Social Care are beneficial. Employees will receive all employment benefits afforded to domestic workers, including but not limited to holiday pay and statutory sick pay.
