Move Administrator

**Responsibilities**
The face of the company and first point of contact for local domestic enquiries.
Assist the team with administration tasks and diary bookings.
Preparation of all paperwork and documents with accuracy and efficiency.
Organising removals for customers including liaising with colleagues and contractors to ensure a smooth process from start to finish.
Delivering a high level of customer service at all times, in a friendly and helpful manner, aiming to exceed the customer’s expectation and ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Skills and Experience**
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and suppliers.
Excellent organisation skills and time management, including working to deadlines.
Works well under pressure in a fast paced environment, with excellent attention to detail.
Professional approach both over the telephone and face to face.
Proactive approach with a 'can do attitude'.
Must be MS Office and outlook literate.
Removals industry experience preferred but not essential.
Robinsons Relocation Ltd are a removal company who offer a full removal service in domestic and corporate movers in and outside the UK. We operate from 3 branches across the UK.
Along with a competitive salary we also offer 20 days holiday, increasing to 23 after the first year, plus Bank Holidays. Company Pension scheme after qualifying period.
