Lara search are in the search of Classroom Assistant to join our team of educators. As a Classroom Assistant, you will work alongside the teacher to provide support and assistance in the classroom. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the classroom is a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment for all students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the teacher in preparing and delivering lessons
- Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional help
- Monitor students' progress and provide feedback to the teacher
- Help to maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
- Assist with classroom management and behavior management
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences as needed
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in education or related field preferred
- Prior experience working with children preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Flexible and adaptable to changing situations
- Demonstrated commitment to student success and positive learning outcomes

**Requirements**:

- Available to work 08:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday.
- Previous experience supporting children or young adults with additional needs.
- Available immediately to work as a Learning Support Assistant.
