Applicant will be expected to work Chrsitmas Eve, 4hrs on Xmas Day (paid Double time), we are closed on Boxing Day and closed on New Year’s Day.

The Fork and Field is an exquisite pub in the heart of Mid Calder village situated just outside Livingston and is looking for bar & waiting staff to amaze our customers with a gastro menu.

We offer a selection of seasonal homemade dishes using the finest and freshest ingredients. The bar serves classic fresh cocktails, real ales, craft beers, spirits with a bespoke wine list to compliment the menu.

A premium country local where that personal touch in service makes the pub stand out from the rest.

We’re looking for enthusiastic bar & waiting staff to provide an unrivalled guest experience at our independently owned bar & restaurant in Mid Calder.

As a valued team member, you will work with each other to create a fun and professional working environment which will incorporate and enhance the guest experience. You will have the opportunity to have input on menus, cocktails, promotions and identify training requirements.

As the successful team member/supervisor you will have experience in:

- Creating amazing cocktails and serve drinks to a high standard
- Be an active hands-on person and work with your team
- Enjoy interacting with guests
