We are looking for team that are flexible and adaptable and can work day, evenings and weekends.
Friendly, efficient customer service is key. Smiling is essential.
Deliver excellent Customer service at all times, serving and presenting food and beverages quickly and efficiently, which meet Greene King standards. Speak and check back to customers to ensure they are satisfied with their food
Assist in keeping the bar, front of house areas and facilities clean and tidy
Keep up to date with new products, menus and promotions and adhere to company policies and procedures and licensing laws.
Be involved and contribute at all team meetings
Carry out instructions as given by management and head office
Support the back of house team in delivering great service
