Ability to read and understand data cards and drawings to the level required for machine set up and operation.
Set up machines with the required work holding and tooling in accordance with relevant procedures.
Complete welding operations efficiently in accordance with job card instructions to achieve the required output levels.
Skilled in the use of TIG welding equipment, measuring equipment and hand tools.

**Person Specification**:
Previous experience of working to Aerospace standards.
Experienced in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
An understanding and alignment to our Bromford values; Respect, Integrity, Safety and Excellence.
Preferably 3 years' experience in a similar role.
Ideally apprentice trained with relevant qualifications.
