Academics Ltd are working closely with a Secondary Mainstream School in Reading. who are looking for passionate, confident graduates who are looking to gain some valuable experience working with children of the ages of 11-16. Not only do you get an insightto the current national curriculum but also an insight to the day to day running of a secondary school.

This role is exciting, as no school day is the same, you will have a chance to work with all ages from 11-16. If you are someone that can build rapport and engage young people, this is a great opportunity to you.

- Flexible
- Have a Enhanced DBS ( if you do not have one, we are able to assist you with obtaining this)
- Strong Rapport Building skills
- Strong Behaviour management (not essential as guidance will be provided)
- Able to use own initiative
- Available immediately
- Past experience of working with group of children is also desirable
