**About the Role**:
In this role, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality creative assets for our family of brands, including Kendamil, Bonya, Kendakids, and Kendalife. The primary focus will be on digital design, especially for paid social campaigns and brand initiatives. However, the role may also extend to print and multi-channel campaign work as needed.
**Responsibilities**:
- Take ownership of paid media creatives, collaborating with the growth team to deliver fresh graphic, animated, and video assets monthly.
- Develop and pitch new marketing concepts-from initial inspiration to mockups and final creative direction.
- Maintain brand consistency and uphold visual identity standards across multiple brands and international markets.
- Report to the Head of Creative and collaborate with a small, in-house design team.
- Deliver innovative, on-brand digital designs across platforms including paid and organic social, and CRM channels.
- Partner with marketing and product teams to ensure platform-specific best practices are reflected in creative output.
- Manage and support workflow using collaboration tools like Asana and Slack.
- Proofread and refine designs to ensure all work meets high standards of accuracy and quality.
- Present creative ideas and concepts effectively to key stakeholders across the business.
**Qualifications**:
- 3-4 years of experience in a design role within an in-house team or creative agency, specifically in the FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of creating successful paid ad creatives for platforms like Meta and TikTok, with examples of effective campaigns and creative strategies.
- Proficient in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Comfortable working across multiple brands, with the ability to adapt quickly to different brand identities and visual styles.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with bonus experience in Figma.
- Eager to grow as a creative, with a proactive mindset and a passion for learning and innovation.
- Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience across a range of creative disciplines, including packaging design.
