**Purchasing Executive - Buy Bikes, Make Bank. Simple.**

You know how to talk to people over the phone. You know how to negotiate. You know how to close a deal. Now imagine doing all that, but instead of pushing products, you’re buying motorbikes people are actually keen to sell.

And getting paid **uncapped commission** for every deal you close.

**What’s the job?**

You’ll be **purchasing used motorbikes** from riders who are looking to sell or upgrade. No cold calling, no hunting for leads—**the business comes to us.**

**What you’ll be doing?**
- Build rapport, negotiate prices, **lock in the deal**.
- Assess the condition of bikes over the phone (don’t worry, we’ll train you).
- Work in an office **above our flagship showroom**, surrounded by 1000+ bikes you helped put there.
- Buy more bikes, **earn more money**. Simple.

**What you need to bring**
- **Negotiation skills** - You can talk numbers and close deals.
- **Customer service or call centre experience** - You know how to handle people.
- **CRM experience** - You can keep track of deals without dropping the ball.

**Company background**
SuperBike Factory was started in our founder’s garage back in 2010. Fast forward almost 15 years and we’ve grown into Europe's largest used motorcycle retailer

We now have 6 sites across the UK. Our head office is still in Macclesfield, but we’ve expanded to Donington Park, Bradford, Bristol and Milton Keynes and Crawley employing around 300 people along the way with plans to expand even further.
