Job description

Salary range £24,432 - £25,927 plus Sleep-in shift payment of £65 per night which equates to £3,120 for 1 per week over 48 weeks.

Appletree in Natland, Kendal has 12 beds for boys and girls aged 6 - 12 years.

We are looking for someone who wants to progress in children’s social care and has:

- A good knowledge of therapeutic care
- Experience of planning activities for children and adults
- Good communication skills
- Practical administration skills
- Experience of leading supervisions
- Ability to plan for large groups and longer periods of time
- A willingness to learn and build their knowledge and experience
