SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL TV - COMMERCIAL / CORPORATE GLOBAL ENTERTAINMENT COMPANY LONDON / HYBRID Our client is one of the most recognised media brands in the world. They are looking for a brilliant senior lawyer to join the International Networks and Direct-To-Consumerlegal affairs team. As one of the world's premier entertainment portfolios, this division of the business delivers quality content and compelling brands worldwide. The role will also support the Corporate Legal team, which serves as primary counsel for variousinternal corporate functions, such as Sourcing, Operations & Technology and Real Estate and also provides a "centre of excellence" for transactional & contracting matters. This is a rare opportunity to combine content-focused legal and business affairs experiencewith broad exposure to internal legal matters across the business as a whole. Key responsibilities include: - Negotiation and drafting of distribution agreements across the portfolio of entertainment and news channels, direct-to-consumer offerings and brandsinternationally. - Providing lead support for International business to the Corporate Legal team for a broad range of matters, including technology and sourcing agreements, corporate real estate matters, and project work.
