Forward Role is partnered with a major engineering firm in the search for an enterprise security architect in either the UK or Portugal (home based). The role would be positioned as the second in command for all cyber security within the company and youwon’t face much in the way of red tape so will be able to make changes with comparative ease and with less headaches. You will also have direct access to the CISO should you need to make large changes quickly.

The role will be a very technical hands on one, with you having to understand how IT infrastructure and networks work to a very high and detailed level, but also be able to translate that into a way that non-technical people will be able to understand. Thisshould bring its own challenges but also its own rewards when you manage to get stuff done on time.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as an enterprise security architect
- Previous experience as an infrastructure architect highly desirable
- TOGAF / SABSA or one of the equivalents
- Security certifications such as CISSP very beneficial.
