This Senior Paraplanner job in Maidstone is seeking an individual to provide support to local Financial Advisors and lead a team of 4 / 5 Paraplanners

You will be providing technical support to assist the financial planning service to clients, through undertaking detailed research and analysis of financial planning solutions. Plus, producing compliant financial planning reports for the Financial Advisorto present t clients

As a Senior Paraplanner, you will lead a small team of Paraplanners and be the go-to individual for advice on technical queries

**Senior Paraplanner Requirements**
- You should be an experienced Paraplanner with great report writing skills
- Experience of managing a team of Paraplanners would be ideal
- Level 4 Diploma is desirable but not required if you have good paraplanning experience

**Senior Paraplanner Benefits**
- Salary of £35,000 - £42,000 depending on experience and qualifications
- 25 days holiday (rising with service) plus bank holidays, holiday purchase scheme, life assurance and pension
- Hybrid working available
- Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (35 hours per week)
