Site Agent

Due to increase in work the position of a **Site Agent **has become available to join our growing Commercial Team in the **United Utilities Framework **based in **Merseyside (St Andrews)**

United Utilities have awarded Costain a new Managed Service Provider (MSP) framework contract. Under the contract Costain provide the overall management and delivery of United Utilities' larger-scale water and wastewater asset maintenance activities across the entirety of its network, including 96 water treatment and 575 wastewater treatment sites, which serves over six million people in the Northwest of England.

This role will be site based

**Role Requirements**
- Experience of NEC 3 Form of Contract and Subcontract and Electrical bias
- SMSTS and CSCS card
- SHEQ compliance with the Framework HASEMP, and compliance with the Framework Management plan
- Report project and services performance SHEQ, Time and Cost, monthly to allow portfolio performance reviews to be held between the ADM and Project Managers
- Champions Sustainability Safety, Health and Environment by putting personal safety and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do and helping the environment and communities to thrive
- Having integrity by always doing the right thing in the right way
- Must be customer focussed by striving for excellence through understanding, anticipating and meeting their needs
