**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and bake a wide range of products including bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts.
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency and quality in all baked goods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and ingredients, placing orders as necessary.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create new recipes and improve existing offerings.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and cleaned after use.
- Assist in the training of junior kitchen staff on baking techniques and food preparation methods.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role within the culinary field.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Proficiency in food production techniques, including baking and cooking methods.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A creative mindset with an eye for detail in presentation and flavour combinations.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings or weekends as required.

Pay: From £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
