**Client Relationship Transition Support**
We are currently recruiting for a Client Relationship Transition Support to work in our growing Defined Benefits team. Based in either London or Reigate you will be providing project management support to the Transition and Business Development Team by producingand maintaining project plans, MI, organising client meetings and ensuring an excellent standard of communication is maintained across all stakeholders.
You will be supporting on a number of transactions at any one time, of varying sizes and complexity, which will give you excellent exposure to a variety of roles and career progression opportunity.
This role has been created to support the growth and ambition of our business. You will be joining an energetic and lively team, reporting to our Client Relationship Transition Manager(s) and Consultant(s), with training and support provided by our existingClient Relationship Transition Support colleagues.
You will occasionally travel (within the UK) to meet with clients and colleagues (Reigate and London), so you must enjoy building strong relationships with clients such as EBCs, Trustees and Pensions Managers in different environments, e.g. Trustee meetings,virtual meetings and celebration/social events.
**About You**:
We are looking for somebody who is proactive and eager to learn, with excellent interpersonal skills. Within the role, you will need to be an effective and influential communicator, an open and collaborative team-player and passionate about continuous learning.You will be an important part of a very passionate and dedicated team, supporting various projects and overseeing the day-to-day project administration within the role. Working with our Client Relationship Transition Managers, part of the role will involveperforming various ad hoc support tasks as well as creating presentations and project plans.
This role is well suited to somebody who thrives from building relationships in a social environment, but can also work independently on tasks such as analysing data and creating presentation packs. This role provides great opportunity for personal and careerdevelopment which will always be encouraged and supported.
**Within this role you will**:
- Produce and update project plans to ensure successful transition of cases won to the administration system.
- Organise progress calls and in person meetings with various stakeholders (internal and external), creating and sharing agendas and minutes from these.
- Attend progress calls with clients and external administrators to understand how data cleanses are progressing, providing support and escalating issues where required.
- Work with various teams (Business Development, Operations and Pricing) to understand areas that need to be addressed within the data cleanse, supporting those teams objectives.
- Produce and maintain detailed MI on the projects in data cleanse so that issues can be raised with the management team early.
- Complete initial data checks on data supplied by the client, including review of the benefit specification.
- Work with the Client Relationship Transition Managers to ensure the benefit specification and data is correct in order for the Implementation and Pricing team to complete the process.
- Produce draft presentations for the relevant meetings, ensuring requirements of the client are met (including briefing packs).
- Complete Know Your Customer ('KYC') checks for potential clients.

- The ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy and quality
- Pro-activity, being able to self-organise and manage a busy and varied workload
- High level of initiative and self-motivation
- Excellent IT skills including PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Excel, Project

- Previous experience in a Financial Services Organisation
- ideally with a good knowledge in defined benefit de-risking, or defined benefit pension administration.
