**HYBRID ROLE - AT LEAST 3 DAYS IN OFFICE PER WEEK** Our client is seeking a confident and professional individual to work as an Account Executive within their fabulous organisation. You will be responsible for promotional administration including nomination and submission forms, weekly promo invoicing and costrecording, update post promo P&L to check performance of promotion and monitor and record competitor promotion and pricing. You will also be responsible for new and existing product administration and manage and update national accounts product "bible". When range reviews go live, you will be responsible for chasing down the confirmed key plans from the retailer and monitor monthly promotional activity across key markets and competitor brands by retailer. You will be responsible for stock management andchecking for large retail clients and work alongside external consultant to ensure the EPOS & IRI dashboards are updated on a weekly and monthly basis. You will be happy to provide ad hoc administrative support when required and distribute samples for Christmas Gifts across all accounts and monitor online listings. You will work with Business Managers to ensure latest assets and copy is updated and setup account forms. You will have superb interpersonal, organisational and administrative skills and be able to work with people at all levels and multi task and prioritise. Computer literacy is essential. This role requires someone with superb analytical skills and could suit someone who has worked in Finance and looking for a change of career.
