Quest Search & Selection is currently recruiting for one of the largest watch makers in the world. This brand is steeped with heritage but still pride themselves on innovation & design in the market today.

In this Junior Merchandiser role ,you will provide analytical and administrative support to the Account Management and Business Development team on all tasks ranging from Vendor Managed Inventory to retail sales analysis.

**The responsibilities of this Junior Merchandiser role are -**
- Provide numerical insight/data to further develop sales opportunities, and drive range planning.
- Working with the brand and planning team to identify assortment gaps and trend opportunities.
- Full responsibility of our customer stock within the constraints of their WSSI.
- Attend customer meetings with the account manager when meeting buyers and merchandisers
- Collate & upkeep of key account Retail Sales, providing analysis and key call outs
- Oversee the flow of customer orders, from order placement to delivery of stock, liaising with the order management
- Responsible for completion of all requirements in line with the critical path.
- To manage and develop reporting Allocators.

**To be successful in this Junior Merchandiser role -**
- Immediately available or available within a month (this is a 9-12 month contract initially)
- 3 years + experience in Merchandising as a Junior Merchandiser, Assistant Merchandiser (wholesale or core) or stock/inventory analyst or controller experience.
- working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Extensive knowledge of all merchandising processes.
- Ability to adapt to in-house forecasting tools and systems.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- You should have advanced Excel skills
- Strong commercial awareness
