We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as our **Account Manager**reporting into the**Head of Direct Sales Europe. **Homebased role covering Northern England and Scotland.Joining us on a full time, permanent basis (Normally Monday to Friday, exceptions for trade shows or customer weekend events, 40hours),you will receive a **competitive salary**.

As our **Account Manager**, you will be achieving territory sales revenue, volume and delivered margin through consultant approach proactive account management.

**Responsibilities as our** **Account Manager are to**:

- Drive and own sales pipeline at distributor and workshop level, identify areas of growth and introduce new products to all customers in line with sales plan.
- Build and maintain effective relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key customers and influencers at an assigned region or sector at Principal / Director and Regional Manager level
- Identifies, develops and typically closes new sales opportunities
- Works directly with clients in assigned accounts or products/services and has moderate authority to set and negotiate terms and trading arrangements
- Create, manage and maintain relationships with Workshop owners and other key distributor stakeholders
- Contribute to and then implement key customer business plans aligned to delivering company objectives and monitor by regular review meetings
- Holding business development meetings to review performance by product group and using programs and promotions to improve margin and increase volumes.
- To ensure the availability of Moove’s product to the installer and consumer throughout the respective and cross territory sales areas.
- Maintain and produce accurate account information and records (Salesforce and Phocas)
- Maintaining credit control and comply with company systems and controls.
- Engage with internal departments to achieve key objectives
- Attend and support hospitality events and trade shows as required

**Skills required of our Account Manager**:

- 3-5 years sales experience
- Articulate and numerate
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs plus Salesforce and Phocas
- Strong, positive, and proactive communicator
- Flexible
- Great time management and planning skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Pro-active and can work on own initiative
- Delivery of presentations and training

**Good to have**:

- Knowledge of Automotive aftermarket
- Knowledge of lubricants market
- Degree or equivalent
