**The Opportunity**

The Content Specialist will work to plan, devise and create content across Arup’s social media and internal communications channels, working with a range of marketing and comms professionals to drive meaningful engagement and touchpoints with the firm’s target audiences (external and internal) on a day-to-day basis.

This individual will proactively manage the UKIMEA Region’s social media calendar on external platforms (and including internal ESN - Yammer), ensuring content is maximised and adapted appropriately for both internal and external audiences.

This role will give you the opportunity to create and/or review content for campaigns, publications and external partnerships around key themes and topics, you will also ensure relevant content is maximised across social media and internal channels.

The individual will report to the social media manager with regular liaison with the internal communications team. The content Specialist will work with the regional social media manager and the global social media team to schedule content across our region channel (Twitter) and global social channels (LinkedIn, Twitter; Facebook; Instagram; YouTube), and alongside our internal comms team for maximisation of creative content across our newsroom, Yammer and digital screens

**Is this role right for you?**

We are looking for people who are:

- Experienced in social media for business to business organisations
- Able to copywrite to a high standard and in line with brand guidelines
- Engaging and building relationships with senior leadership, agencies, and brand partners. Working with stakeholders across several teams and lines of businesses
- Taking ideas/insights and turning them into a creative execution, and exploring new and creative ways of telling stories
- Have the ability to identify new content trends and influencing others they are worth acting on swiftly.
