The role would suit someone who either has limited experience in aviation stores, or who is serious about picking up the relevant knowledge quickly to succeed in this **Stores and Logistics**role.

**Training will be provided.**

**Main responsibilities of the Stores and Logistics Assistant**:

- Booking goods in, checking for accuracy of goods & paperwork received
- Picking and packing parts
- Despatching packages
- Undertaking stock checks with accuracy
- Forklift driving (training will be provided)
- Undertaking customs clearance administration duties
- Any other duties required in the stores environment
- Stores experience is beneficial but not essential
- Aviation component experience is beneficial but not essential
- A proactive mindset with the willingness to learn quickly
- Physically fit to undertake manual work in stores
- A good standard of IT literacy to swiftly pick up a bespoke system and successfully complete relevant administration
- A team player who takes pride in contributing to the success of the whole team

**Additional Information**:

- Working hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:30
- Salary: £22,000
- Free onsite parking. Own transport essential due to the location of this role
