As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Fire Stopping Site Supervisor to join our team and contribute to our mission of creating safer properties. - Are you an experienced Site Manager? - Do you have extensive experience in the compliance of fire safety and installation? - Can you ensure the smooth and effective running of installations on site? **If the answer is "YES", we want to hear from you** As a Site Supervisor at Ark Fire Protection, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper installation and maintenance of fire doors and passive fire solutions in various settings, including commercial and residential properties. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will be essential in upholding industry standards and keeping people safe from the threat of fire. **Role Responsibilities** A Site Supervisor plays a critical role in the fire stopping industry, you will be responsible for monitoring and assessing of completed installations for current and future contracts to ensure the highest quality work is being carried out by site contractors. - Monitor and supervise all Installations, repairs, and maintenance according to industry standards and regulations. - Conduct thorough inspections to identify any deficiencies or issues with existing fire doors. - Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely and accurate installations. - Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations at all times. - Document work completed, including inspection reports and maintenance records. - Provide excellent customer service and address client questions or concerns. - Ordering and monitoring of materials and stock - Keeping an up to date stock log and completing regular stock takes - Organising installers / subcontractors on a daily basis - Organise and carry out inductions - Any other tasks as requested by the contracts manager **Requirements**: You’ll be a well presented, approachable and professional, self-starter. Excellent organisation and time management is essential for this role with the ability to work under pressure. Your attention to detail will be thorough and accurate.
